Responsibilities:

Ensure the achievement of On Time Performance (OPT) via the handling of the Prey and Post Flight Handling and Customer Service
Ensuring the Prey and Post Flight Operational handling and Customer Service by Ground Handling Agent (G H A) run in accordance with applicable Sops
Ensure handling of Code Share Agreement for Prue and Post Flight Handling and Customer Service Other Carrier implemented in accordance with procedures
Ensuring the availability of activity reports relating to the Prue and Post Flight Handling and Customer Service
Ensure handling of Flight irregularities by GHA run in accordance with SOP
Ensuring Flight report irregularities
Ensure implementation of operational activities in aviation and flight catering in accordance with (Service Level Agreement) S L A
Ensure the follow-up findings of the S L A, Service Station Report by GHA actionable
Requirements:

1. Male / Female
2. Indonesia Citizen
3. Age max. 27 years
4. Education graduates min. D3 all the majors (preferably majoring in Air Transportation / Airport Management) from the university / educational institution leading
5. GPA min. 2.75 (scale 4:00)
6. Look attractive
7. Min height for women. 160cm, and the male min. 165cm, with a weight proportional
8. Physically and mentally healthy
9. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
10. Mastering English (active oral and written)
