Responsibilities:
- To follow up work report from each Department
- Coordinating with every Department Head
- Report directly to Director
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentations
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors
- Maintain Director's calendar
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Female, single, max. 27 years old
- Have a good communication skill, well organized and highly accurate
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Strong capabilities in computer program such as Microsoft office
- Proffered candidate who posses administration and filling data skill.
- High integrity, honesty and trustworthy
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
