Sales Support and General Affairs

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and compiling sales tenders submission, quotation and other related correspondences
- Provide sales related documents to the Sales Executive
- Maintain and keep-up customers database
- Check & process purchase orders
- Immediate response to customer enquiries
- Handling HR in general and assisting Administration Manager to do HR related tasks
Requirements:
- Female, max. 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Good command in English both oral and written and Japanese will be an advantage
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
