- Maximum age 27 years (maximum births in 1984)
- Minimum GPA ( 3.00 & 3.20)
- D3 or Polytechnic Education (preferably in Civil Engineering Department, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,Shipping, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Management,Insurance)
- Maximum age 25 years (maximum births in 1986)
- Minimum GPA ( 2.80 & 3.00)
- Not married and not willing to get married for 1 year
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia by signing theAssociation Agreement Service
- Good communication skills and proficient in English both oral &written
